Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Twine ("we," "us") is a networking app that helps founders find cofounders and collaborators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We never see or store your payment card details — Apple handles all payment processing.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run Twine: Supabase (database and authentication), Apple (payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (crash reporting). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, likes, matches, and messages from active systems.

Age requirement

Twine is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove accounts found to belong to minors.

Security

Your data is stored with industry-standard protections, including encryption in transit and access controls that limit each user to their own data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us and we'll honor these requests.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
