support@trytwine.appSubscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Twine. You can switch plans or cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your features until the current period ends.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
Open their profile or your chat with them and tap Report. You can also email us with their name and a description — reports are reviewed promptly and reporter identity is kept confidential.
Free accounts get 10 likes per day, resetting every 24 hours. Twine+ raises the limit and TwineX removes it entirely.
Sign in with the same account, open any upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, your subscription comes back instantly.
Seeing who liked you is a Twine+ feature. Free accounts see how many people liked them; upgrading reveals the profiles.
