Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Twine. You can switch plans or cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your features until the current period ends.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.

How do I report another user?

Open their profile or your chat with them and tap Report. You can also email us with their name and a description — reports are reviewed promptly and reporter identity is kept confidential.

I ran out of likes — when do they reset?

Free accounts get 10 likes per day, resetting every 24 hours. Twine+ raises the limit and TwineX removes it entirely.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same account, open any upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, your subscription comes back instantly.

Why can't I see who liked me?

Seeing who liked you is a Twine+ feature. Free accounts see how many people liked them; upgrading reveals the profiles.
